Return & Refund Policy

Keepsake Crafters products are made to order. Returns are accepted only for items that arrive defective or incorrect due to our error.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns if:

  • Your item arrives defective, or

  • You receive an incorrect item

To request a review, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the defect or error

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Items with names, dates, custom text, or approved designs

  • Orders with incorrect information provided by the customer

  • Items damaged through misuse or normal wear

Resolution

If your claim is approved, we will:

  • Replace the item at no additional cost

Return shipping for approved defective or incorrect items is covered by Keepsake Crafters.
